Logistics coordinator

The role

You coordinate receiving, inventory, transport and shipping. Hybrid: desk, dock, carrier calls.

English is a real asset (customers or carriers). They want order, not only spreadsheets.

What you will do

• Plan inbound, waves and outbound
• Track the WMS, variances and customer urgencies
• Coordinate carriers, warehouse and customer service
• Anticipate bottlenecks (capacity, absences, peaks)
• Report service indicators

Profile we look for

WMS, planning and coordination already practised. Intermediate level.

French required, English an asset. Comfortable at a desk and on the dock.

Assets

• Advanced Excel
• 3PL experience
• Driver’s licence

What the mandate includes

• Permanent full-time hybrid role
• Pay: $55,000 to $68,000
• French and English day to day depending on files
