Production operator

The role

You hold a station on a line: feeding, checking, assembling or packing depending on the mandate. On-the-job training exists, but they already expect the reflex “I check before I let it go”.

Shifts rotate. If you like concrete, measurable team work, this is a role where you are seen quickly.

What you will do

• Feed and run the station to production instructions
• Check parts visually and with simple measurements
• Flag a variance, jam or out-of-tolerance part without waiting
• Keep the station clean and follow safety rules
• Support changeovers with the shift team

Profile we look for

A first plant or processing experience helps, but a rigorous, punctual beginner will be considered.

You follow a procedure, you hold the pace, you work in a team.

Assets

• Ability to read work documents
• Evening / weekend availability
• Interest in a lasting plant trade

What the mandate includes

• Permanent full-time role, rotating shifts
• Pay: $20 to $24/hr
• Paid overtime when the line needs it
• On-the-job training; a Talendus consultant calls you after reviewing the file
