Accountant

The role

You run day-to-day accounting: payables, receivables, reconciliations, taxes, close. Hybrid, DEC preferred.

The role suits an intermediate profile who likes order and deadlines, not only data entry.

What you will do

• Enter and check journals, invoices and payments
• Prepare reconciliations and the monthly close
• Track taxes and filing deadlines
• Support the controller or CPA on special files
• Keep files clear enough to use on a Monday morning

Profile we look for

Accounting already practised, solid Excel, relevant diploma (DEC or equivalent).

You have already closed a month or run an AP/AR cycle without a safety net.

Assets

• Acomba / QuickBooks / Sage
• GST/QST notions
• Reading English

• Permanent full-time hybrid role
• Pay: $55,000 to $70,000
• A structured finance team
