Plant manager

The role

You hold the site: safety, quality, cost, deliveries, climate. You report to leadership and you hold your shift leads.

This is not a figurehead role. They want someone who has already carried a plant P&L and still walks the floor.

What you will do

• Own the site P&L and investment decisions
• Drive safety, quality, Lean and operational performance
• Structure the supervision team and succession
• Balance production, maintenance and customer service
• Represent the site with leadership and, when needed, partners

Profile we look for

P&L, Lean, managing a 100+ employee site. Senior level.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Occasional travel.

Assets

• Multi-site experience
• Bilingual
• A Lean transformation already led

What the mandate includes

• Permanent on-site full-time role
• Pay: $120,000 to $150,000
• Confidential mandate — the employer is not named here
