HR manager

The role

You run internal recruiting, onboarding, part of labour relations and employee files. Hybrid, French and English.

This is not an off-the-floor “HR projects” seat. They want someone who has already closed roles and held a mediation.

What you will do

• Recruit: need, posting, interviews, offer, onboarding
• Advise managers on team situations
• Keep files, policies and basic legal deadlines
• Support day-to-day labour relations
• Bridge with Talendus on external mandates

Profile we look for

Recruiting and labour relations, about 5 years in HR. Senior level.

French and English. Comfortable with operations managers, not only head office.

Assets

• CRHA
• Manufacturing or multi-site experience
• Volume hiring

What the mandate includes

• Permanent full-time hybrid role
• Pay: $70,000 to $90,000
• French and English
• Talendus scoping before any introduction to the employer
