Sales associate

The role

You hold the floor: greeting, advice, checkout, restocking. Day shift is the base; evenings may be added.

No heavy experience required if people skills are there. They train the product, not the smile.

What you will do

• Greet and qualify the customer’s need
• Advise, close and take payment
• Keep the bay clean and stocked
• Follow team instructions and the day’s goals
• Flag irritants (stock, queue, product)

Profile we look for

Retail or customer service, people skills. Beginner level accepted.

Punctuality and a tidy presentation. Contact is what they assess first.

Assets

• Checkout experience
• Bilingual
• Saturday availability

What the mandate includes

• Permanent role, hours according to the floor (part-time possible)
• Pay: $18 to $24/hr
• Mostly day shift
